Our services are offered exclusively to registered companies. For private individuals or businesses in formation without an organization number, full payment in advance is required. New clients are asked to pay 50% upfront. Projects begin after receipt of order and necessary materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.
All orders are legally binding. In case of no response from the client within two weeks during the project, the project is considered inactive, and we will invoice for work done.
Design drafts are copyright-protected by us and must not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission. The responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement lies with the client. We ensure that our work avoids such issues to the best of our ability but are not legally accountable.
Upon full payment, rights to artwork, logos, and related symbols are transferred to the client, but they cannot be resold or transferred to a third party. It is the client’s responsibility to protect their brand.
Final designs are delivered via email or download link, or to the printing house if production is arranged through us. We store digital copies of all original files for one year and can provide them upon request. We retain the right to use design work for portfolio or reference purposes.
We follow and apply the industry standard agreement for graphical services.
GDPR Compliance: Contact details and communication related to the project are stored for up to 7 years as per EU laws. Clients can request the deletion of personal data once the project is completed.
Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 10-20 days as agreed. A reminder fee of 2 Euro applies per reminder. Late payments incur an interest rate of 16% per annum.
Consultation/Guidance: We offer free consultations for up to 1 hour; longer consultations are billed.
Website Software Updates: We offer maintenance services for website updates. If declined, the client is responsible for updating their software.
Pricing: Project fees are based on either fixed pricing, hourly rates, or a combination of both, and rounded up to the nearest hour. Prices exclude VAT and shipping fees. Additional work beyond the quoted scope is billed separately.

Consultation/Guidance
We are happy to answer questions and provide advice via email or phone. For inquiries that take 5-10 minutes, we offer this for free. However, for more time-intensive consultations, we charge for our time.
Website Software Updates
We offer ongoing support for updating your website software. Should you opt out, the responsibility to keep the software up to date falls on you.
Pricing

Quoted prices apply under the condition that all necessary information and materials are provided before we start the project. The price includes up to 3 minor revisions after sketch approval, unless otherwise agreed.
Should the project take a direction that significantly exceeds the quoted time, we will charge hourly for the excess work. We will notify you well in advance to discuss how to proceed. Creation of images/illustrations is an additional cost unless otherwise stated.

- Receiving the necessary and correct materials (e.g., text or images) from you unless image/text creation is included in the quote.

- Logo: Original files in formats for web and print (AI, EPS, PNG, or JPG) sent via email.
- Printed Material: Print-ready files delivered digitally as per the printing house’s specifications via email or WeTransfer.
